How to reserve ?

Three Steps :

1. Once you have selected your flat on the website, click on the schedule to check availability and fill up the reservation form.
   » Your reservation will be confirmed by mail immediately.
   
2. We will mail you back a definitive confirmation together with all the necessary information as to the payment of the account.
3. You will receive a guarantee of your reservation together with an invoice.
   » Your reservation is firm.

How much do you have to pay an account of your reservation ?

You will be asked 15% of the total amount, payable either by Paypal© or by bank transfer. Don't forget that you will have to pay for the balance either cash or by travellers cheques on arrival.

What does this price include ?

Absolutely everything ! With « Mon Pied a Terre », you're certain that there is no hidden extras. Water, heating, Internet connection... everything is included in the price.

Sheets and Towels ?

All our flats are provided with bed-sheets and towels.

At what time must you leave the flat ?

Departure time is 11a.m at the latest. If there is no new comes on the same day, you may fix a later hour with your landlord. Make sure this is possible on the day of your arrival.

Check-out process ?

When you arrive, fix your departure time with your landlord (or his/her representative) in order to do the inventory of fixtures.
